FAQ:

Custom and personalized orders

Please ensure your text for personalization and shipping address is fully correct before submitting your order.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If you do notice a mistake on your order and it has not shipped yet, please message us immediately.

Please write out all names, titles, dates, and any other text that should be engraved and include all instructions or modifications desired. To avoid confusion we do not automatically insert titles or any other text based on which style you choose, so please write out everything to be engraved.

Note that colors may vary slightly according to your monitor or display.

Shipping Damage

We pack VERY securely, but in the event that your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged items and cushioning inside the box to be eligible for a free replacement made and shipped to you on rush! Please note, to receive a free rush replacement, it is imperative that you do not use the items until you have taken a picture clearly showing the damage.


Confiscated International Shipments


By purchasing an item from our shop, you are acknowledging that it can be legally imported into your country. We will declare proper item value and descriptions when shipping, but are not responsible for items confiscated by customs officials due to import violations.

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL KNIFE CUSTOMERS:

Some of our knives may be considered illegal in your country. We have had issues importing these items to Australia and the UK.

Other countries may have similar laws, please be familiar with your local laws, as we cannot be responsible if your package is seized by customs in your country. Any packages seized by customs in your country are not eligible for any refund or exchange.

Do you offer Mock Ups or Proofs?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide proofs or mock ups except on orders with custom designed artwork. Requests for proofs will be disregarded unless you have paid for custom designed artwork. We copy and paste your text for engraving directly into the template chosen, preventing any typographical errors on our part. If we do make a mistake on the engraving and do not engrave as you instruct, we will correct it immediately and free of charge!

Vinyl Decals

Our vinyl decals are cut from industrial sign grade vinyl that is rated for 6 years of full weather outdoor use, and lifetime interior use. The vinyl decals look fantastic, providing a stencil painted look on your wall without the mess.

Because vinyl decals are custom made in your size and color we cannot offer returns. Vinyl decals can become damaged during installation if handled improperly. If you did not get instructions, are having trouble installing a decal, or are unsure of your ability to install one, (normally larger ones require experience or an extra hand) please stop installation and contact us. Any local sign professional can install these with ease - we cannot be responsible if the decal is damaged during installation.

Orders With Deadlines

If you need your order by a certain date it is IMPERATIVE that you start an email Conversation with us ASAP to confirm delivery by your deadline.

After your order has been shipped, we will email you tracking information. US shipping is estimated at 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. International shipping is normally 1-2 weeks for Canada and 2-3 weeks for all other countries.

Please use your estimated ship date and the above shipping times to calculate the date your package should arrive to you - if you have a deadline that is within 5 business days of the date your package is estimated to arrive, we recommend that you use upgraded shipping or a rush order. Delays are rare, but do occur, especially during the holidays!

Why is your processing time an estimate?

Our items are custom made to order just for you, with your personalized text! This means the unexpected can sometimes occur, like a mistake when producing items, or engraving errors. While this does not regularly occur, it does occasionally, which means that orders can sometimes be delayed. So, please use our posted order processing time and shipping times and an estimate only, and order ahead of schedule! If you are in a time crunch, please consider our rush processing, to guarantee delivery by your deadline!

Can I Change My Order? - Text, Notes, Engraving Options, etc

We begin work on your order as soon as you place it, so we cannot make any changes after the order has been placed. Please double check your notes before submitting! If you wish to make a change to your order, you may message us and request change, but please be advised that we cannot guarantee any changes made after thew order has been placed, due to the fact that Etsy does not allow the order to be altered in any way after being placed. If you message us and request a change, we may be able to attempt to change it, but we cannot guarantee that any changes will be able to be made. We ask that all cancellation requests be made within 12 hours of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee any cancellations after that.


International Shipments:
